New World: Aeternum - Ronin Mounts

These mounts were created by Sparx for the player characters in New World. These assets were the first batch of this type that we tackled with our external partners. I worked with internal stakeholders to nail down the pipeline, created the documentation of the process, and directed the production of the 3D art. While following our concept, I ensured that our technical specifications were followed and our artistic standards were met. I guided the vendor through production with suggestions and corrections and polish work, and verified every phase of development for the highest quality. I oversaw all mount skins created by external partners for New World, but collaborating with amazing external partners made it achievable!
